Universal Home Health is the best. It is apparent that they are patient centered and strive to be the best. The communication from the top trickles to the field staff where they deliver top tier and above and beyond the standard of care healthcare in our facility. Thank you Jay, Christina and Larry for being great!

In my line of work, I refer patients to home health organizations upon discharge. Universal, especially the rep, Jay, makes it a very simple process. He's always there to answer questions and help the patients and families out during the process! I've heard from patients that say they've been very happy on service with Universal!

My parents have used Universal Home Health for the past three years and we have been VERY pleased. They were living at the Statesman Club, which is Independent Living, but they really needed additional assistance. To avoid moving them to Assisted Living, we got Universal Home Health to come in daily to give them meds, make their bed, help with baths, escort to meals, etc. The ladies who came to provide the care genuinely cared for my parents and were so patient (not always easy with elderly!) and loving to them. Glenda was their special favorite and my dad refers to her as his good friend. Tina was their nurse who counted out their meds and was always available to consult by phone in an emergency. She was incredible too. If your loved ones need assistance, look no further than Universal Home Health.
