I had the privilege of having the people from ViaLife to be my home therapist. They were kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Explained what I needed to do to get back on my feet after a total knee replacement. Dan was great as was Charlotte. 10* if was available.

BE AWARE! I would not recommend…First of all, they do not have on staff a nurse, the nurse that came and did the intake even admitted to us that she worked a full-time job at somewhere else. I had a question for the agency I called and the director of marketing Maria, who is not clinical and has no reason to have access to my father‘s medical records Or clinically be involved in my father‘s care. She had to get involved and screwed everything up because she is not clinically trained to act as Vanessa the clinical nurse. They do not have the trained professionals on staff! Secondly; you call the main number. There is no telling who you get. It’s someone different all the time and when you start questioning the marketing director being involved in the clinical aspect of my father‘s healthcare is a Compliance issue! Run run run do not use this agency! They lie they’ll tell you anything and then they discharge my 85-year-old father because Maria couldn’t handle the questions that I was Asking and she did not like me telling her I did not feel comfortable discussing my father‘s medical with her. She took offense to it. Therefore, Maria, the director of marketing took it upon herself to discharge my father., Without telling us or advising us !! We sat all day waiting, and I finally called and all the lady could tell me at the main number. Is that Jason the PT guy is discharging my dad This is what RANDI advised me But couldn’t see or tell me anything else! And she sent a message to someone and Then Randy advised me that the nurse is discharging my father, but couldn’t tell me anything else. This is day two I’ve been waiting to hear from their director Kara supposedly she works there. I don’t know Vanessa too. She has another full-time job as well, It’s horrible care. There is no quality in their care or compassion that Via Life offers to their patients. They’re rude, they lie, and they certainly do not deliver compassionate care for your mother or your father.

The hospice nurses from ViaLife were so kind and knowledgeable and helped the family as well as the patient. I want to specially acknowledge nurse Charlotte, who attended my sister a she transitioned on August 6, 2023. She not only ministered to the patient but calmly influenced the attending family, allowing my sis to pass away with peace and without pain. A heartfelt thanks!
