Thanks for taking good care of my momma. She loved everyone and we appreciate the giggles and extra love. We can’t begin to thank you enough. Loved all the Nurses and therapy folks.

**Check into the reviews left after my honest experience. They all come back as AI generated reviews. Check with any and all AI apps or sites. The new “CEO” Brandy, let me know they recently switched ownership and everything was a bit of a mess. I researched the recent positive reviews posted after mine very in depth. They’re all generic, overuse soft phrases “kind, supportive, caring, etc”, mimic empathetic tone, never mention anything bad (ex. wait was long, but we understood due to xyz), or anyone specific to praise. The new owners, “Scion”, pay for reviews to raise their ratings. I’m thankful I recorded the conversation(s) one with the CEO with her personal cell, and 2, with the hospital case worker flabbergasted that they went back on their word. If I could give a zero, I would. Please do not let your family end up there, find any other option. My mom was never supposed to be there, she was supposed to be in the Broken Arrow Facility. All the “supervisors” of every department met me when I showed up, said she’d have to be transferred AMA despite them not treating her at all. Friday 11/14, I spoke directly to the doctor in person telling her I thought my mom was developing pneumonia, and she agreed (older doctor, long grey hair; Dr. Cambell, spell check that). She said she would have an x-ray done. I called when I got home later in the evening and spoke to nurse Tanya in the ICU and was told it wasn’t done and couldn’t be until Monday, but that they had people there Saturday to do X-rays. She was going to get it okay’d due to the severity. Brandy (Scion Muskogee’s “new?” CEO) claims she doesn’t know or employ this nurse with 2-3 witnesses of her being there that night with that name tag (and cameras, along with her administering scheduled medication), then Brandy said “she must be using her middle name or one of the outsourced options we’re using”… I explained the situation to the mystery Tanya nurse (who wasn’t new, she was irritated with the other nurses that transferred my mom without her new med orders, naming them off due to them not doing what I guess they should have before sending my mom over to her icu department). She was honestly kind and caring. She apparently doesn’t work there anymore (per the ceo, there’s no record of her, ever). nor does Phyllis, their QA Manager that was beyond sweet and wanted to help however she could. I was then told the antibiotics she was being given would treat pneumonia. Fast forward to last night, my mom was intubated and transferred with Muskogee Cornerstone saying a pulmonary embolism. That wasn’t the case, she arrived at the hospital with 104.7 fever and critically ill due to pneumonia and the sepsis Cornerstone claimed was gone, even took her off the meds treating it when it was far from treated. Keep your family as far from this place as you can unless you’re looking for (in my opinion) the shortest hospice stay possible with the most outrageous charges. Advocate for your family, and when the doctors won’t listen, get another opinion. The doctors there have zero idea what they are doing and the nurses were mostly rude to my mother who is critically ill. I’ll be speaking with Phyllis (she was gone within a week and a half at most of my mom getting there) who said she was the QA supervisor, but when I called her number on her card, it wasn’t her voicemail. I’m grateful for real doctors and nurses that care. Cornerstone Muskogee does not, Scion just might be even worse. Do not let your family members end up in their hands. If you try to transfer them, they will fight it claiming they can care for them. They cannot. Thankfully, my mom is doing better with real doctors caring for her. Don’t allow yourself or your family to go through what we are. Whatever you have to do to keep them away from this place, do it. I’ve reported their fake AI reviews as well as documented them.

Watching someone you love be critically ill is overwhelming, but this hospital made a difficult time feel manageable. From the nurses to the physicians to the support staff there was a clear sense of compassion, professionalism and teamwork. My husband was treated with dignity, respect and genuine care, and I never felt left in the dark. Questions were answered, concerns were taken seriously and it truly felt like everyone was invested in his recovery. I’m deeply grateful for the care he received and for the people who showed up for our family when it mattered most.

I recently visited my sister at Cornerstone Hospital in Muskogee, and I cannot say enough good things about the care she received. Each time I visited, the staff was attentive, compassionate and genuinely caring. The nurses and aides take excellent care of her and always make sure our questions are answered. If we have needed anything at all, it truly has felt like we could ask anyone from nurses, staff or even the office and someone was always available and willing to help. The docs are very nice too when we have been there at the same time. We have felt supported every step of the way, and that makes her time much easier. I am truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness shown to our family. Helen

My mom received the absolute best care here. They were so gracious to us as well. Not only did they take good care of my mom, but also handled our anxiety with grace. I will have mom home for Christmas!! I can’t thank the staff at this hospital enough for caring!!
