Everyone took great care of our mom at home & at hospice house. They were very kind, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, organized, truly caring & concerning. PCA Ms. Haillie, Nurses Sofia, Terry, Lisa, case managers everyone….I appreciate you all wholeheartedly. ❤️‍🩹🥹❤️

I highly recommend Elara! Truly a TEAM that never failed. More than a year of care. Perscriptions, supplies, equipment and sincere care. Debbie, (RN) gave mom what is so rare today, time to talk, to really know her and provide care that embraced and respected her needs and wishes. Would you like her to bring up end of life arrangements and wishes to your loved one? Repeatedly? Invaluable! The Bereavement team has done the same for me after her passing. My heart is so full of appreciation.

My mom was using Elara for physical therapy and she loved them. I also loved them. My mom then made the decision to go on hospice. Elara was very thorough throughout the whole process. I am a CNA so I have seen a plenty of hospice companies that didn’t care at all about their patients but you can definitely tell Elara cares about all of their patients. They offer so many resources for the patients and their families. After my mom passed they still call and check up on the family and see how we are doing. If any of my friends or family need any home health I will definitely recommending Elara. On Sunday, June 25, 2023, my mother made the decision to be discharged from the hospital and to start receiving hospice care. We chose Elara. They had my mother's bedroom prepared for us by the time she got home from the hospital. Sofia was the first nurse that came to evaluate my mother. My sister, stepdad and I were all very impressed with Sofia. She was very confident because of all the experience she has. She was knowledgeable and careful to explain things while showing care for our situation. The other nurse that visited, Livvy, was like having an aunt over the house. She was very sweet and a take charge woman. Very funny and caring. She offered to drive over at midnight one night to talk to my mother. It was amazing. Katy came over and gave my mother baths and was superb at being tender with my mom while talking to her and bathing her. The total experience with Elara was amazing. I called several times during the middle of the night and someone got back with me right away. My mother passed away peacefully after 9 days. I would HIGHLY recommend this team.
