If I could give zero stars, I would. Oxford Home Health was hired to provide care for my sick and elderly mother. We had a clear conversation on Friday to have someone come out on Saturday — and then nothing. No call, no show. I called twice and left detailed messages with my name, number, and the situation. The first call was because we truly needed urgent assistance. The second was to let them know to forget it — because by then, my mother had already been taken to the hospital. Shes home - we even attempted to give them another chance today, but instead of honoring that, they tried to push the intake off until tomorrow. To make matters worse, my aunt received some completely conflicting message about a staff member possibly coming today — if they could fit it in before their kid’s soccer practice. That is not just unprofessional, it is downright appalling. Dependability is the absolute baseline expectation for a Home Health provider. Showing up and communicating should not be an amenity but the standard. Oxford failed on every front. The administrator did eventually call me back, but by then it was far too late. The damage was done, and we had already made the decision to fire them and find a better alternative. If you value reliability, communication, and compassion in caring for your loved ones, look elsewhere. Oxford Home Health is not a company you can trust when it matters most. Oxford — there’s no need to reply to this review with the usual “please call us so we can discuss further.” We’ve already done that. This review is for those families who don’t have the time, energy, or emotional bandwidth to be jerked around when their loved one’s health is on the line.

Not a good place. Calllights rarely gets answered food is awful. Laundry never gets done. They never brush grandpa teeth. Housekeeping is a joke. Door system is a joke. Put grandpa in bed with pants pulled down. For what reason so u don’t have to dress him or for them to get wet. Lazy. Oh more laundry more work. Patient care is just awful. There is more to patient care than to change a dirty diaper.

Such a great initial call with Oxford for help with my mom. Margo, who answered the phone and answered all of my questions was so helpful, compassionate and kind. I needed this more than I can expreas. Thank you for your professional sweet help and encouragement for help with my mom. I look forward to the possibility of moving forward with services for her through Oxford.

When my friend Ron needed 24 hour care Oxford was there to help him stay in his home and have wonderful care when he needed it most. When you have care givers in your home 24 hours a day there are things that come up and the staff at Oxford are very kind and understanding to help get through any issue that you might have. Hannah, Christie, Maurine, Dave, Rachelle, Cydney, Talisha, Serenity and the nice lady who answers the phone and says “how may I direct your call” will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you Oxford for your part in Ron’s journey back to health! You’re the best! Love and blessings, Danette
