My nurse Katie is great BUT THE BOSSES CONSTANTLY WANT TO DISCHARGE it is petty I cannot drive myself my boyfriend has to take time off work to take me to my appointments I cannot change my own TEMPORARY ostomy bag but st. Francis home health bosses think it is no different than wiping your butt very insulting oh and you get discharged if you have your Dr's permission to leave your home for a family function so I say don't share info or be honest with st Francis home health if you need your nurse I need mine until my surgery can be reversed

The home health nurse Jessica is the worst ! She is rude and said they wouldn’t come back out because she wasn’t taking her medication but she did and right in front of her ! She is horrible!

PT people are great with my Mom. I'd give them a 5! I just tried to call the office to find out why her PT had been cancelled. Operator was EXTREMELY rude & hung up on me! Zero stars for the office. The staff need to learn how to be courteous & develop good customer/patient relations! Without patients, they wouldn't have a job!

Over the phone when you call it's true they don't always come across nice. Usually very sharp and to the point but all our in home nurses from wound care, OT & PT were absolutely amazing. Beyond nice and skilled. I recommend st. Francis home health.
