I definitely would not recommend this place for your home health care needs. Becky is cool and sweet when she came out to do an assessment. However, 13 days went by and we never heard from anyone or saw anyone. Then now they contacted me to try and get me to sign discharge papers when all we had done was an assessment. Then the company tried to tell me they called me multiple times and left messages and I never returned them. When that was proven a lie. They never called or made any effort to come to help my mother. I will never use this company, I will find one that won't blow us off and forget about us.
