At first was happy with VitalCaring. The three nurses my Mom had were knowledgeable, very caring and dependable. My Mom’s wound needed to have the continuity of care and a skill set needed with being an amputee and having a wound vac on. We were under the impression her doctors were seeing pictures taken of her wound but our last visit with her surgeon & PA let us know they had not rec’d pics. This is a huge concern! Hence, my mom had to go in for another procedure the next day. I would recommend to anyone needing their services to fully check their qualifications & skill sets so they can provide the right care for your loved one. I wish my family would have chose a different company.
