This post is coming from Carolyn Gering's daughter Jamie Craig. So far from what I have seen is although the nurse and physical therapist are very nice and professional. The problem I'm having is Not being able to actually talk to someone who actually knows anything about my mom's circumstances when I m in an emergency situation or to get her the medical equipment she needs to remain in her home (hence HOME health) My understanding of a home health agency is to provide things that a patient needs to remain at HOME! .
