My experience with Coastal Home got off to a slow start, but I attribute that to the lack of information I received when I was being discharged from the hospital. Once I was contacted by Coastal Home, care moved fast and my concerns that I had were put to rest. The entire staff was, professional, polite, punctual and went out of their way to let me know that they cared for my well-being. I received multiple phone calls letting me know when I would be seeing them next and if I had any questions or concerns and letting me know that I could call them 24/7 if I needed help. My original concern was dealing with a colostomy bag and related supplies. Their ostomy nurse spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was comfortable, both physically and mentally. There were several time that we were emailing each other and she was always extremally prompt with her replies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing home care.

The team that visits my 94 year old mother have been courteous, knowledgeable and very kind. They have exceeded expectations And have been helpful, checking all of her vitals and medicine as well as physical therapy. She knows all their names Thank you!

Dom has been great. She's very thorough. She's carrying. She's kind. She's eases, mom's anxiety when she's here about having her appointment. She's just such a loving, caring person and very thorough medically. I hear that we won't be seeing her again and that'll be a great loss? But we had Lauren last week, and she is just as kind and thorough and caring. So looking forward to meeting the new speech therapist and having Mike come out and work with mom and we're just very happy and always happy with angel in the with the medical supplies, she's fabulous.

My Doctor ordered in-home care and physical therapy from Coastal Home Health after hip replacement surgery. Took several weeks to get approval from VA, so I didn't really have much need for in-home care by the time they got here, but the nurse and physical therapists that showed up to evaluate me were all very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing care.

No surprises really, as I have come to expect professional help to be just that, professional and in that they did not disappoint. Christine was super very patient with me as well as being clear and concise on what you expected from me. I do enjoy her humor Mike is still Mike, direct to the point, friendly and clear in his language, which is important at my age and state of disrepair they can come over anytime always welcome. The photo is of me and my beautiful bride at a time when I was much much healthier.
