The staff that check you in are very kind. The first doctor that I seen Dr. Pederson was Thorough and to the point. The next appointment I had was with Doctor Christensen. She caught up on all the notes and looked at my prior X-ray. Then she made a statement to me saying this is a Workmen’s Comp. claim and you have scoliosis and arthritis. First of all, if I had scoliosis, I’m pretty sure you would say it to somebody softly gently. I have never had scoliosis and I don’t have it now. and a lot of people over 50. Have arthritis.. This has nothing to do with the pain. . Her tone with me was rude She was very condescending. Very little empathy. I felt like a criminal. I’ve spent the last two weeks crying every night because of my back pain and leg pain. Not sleeping Using a walker . Could barely get in for a shower. I was treated very poorly. And then she didn’t want to prescribe any medication’s to help alleviate the pain until I got an MRI. I ended up in an emergency room and the doctor took really good care of me. 🙏

The absolute worst place to go!! The front desk people do not know how to do their jobs, we called and asked to make an appointment and they said no need, just walk in. So we drove 2 hours out of the way to walk in only for them to tell us we needed to make an appointment. That was the second time I’ve had it happen. Absolutely unacceptable to be told you don’t need to make an appointment but then arrive and be told different. Do better and retrain your staff ASAP

My family is so impressed with the professional services my mom is receiving from Cascade Health Hospice Care. They get it done! And in a friendly and competent manner. I cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you so much, Cascade Health, for taking such good care of my mom.

The billing department was extremely unprofessional. Despite over a dozen calls and four requests to speak with a manager, my concerns were never addressed. I was never able to talk to a manager, even though I was assured a phone call and email from them. As a patient with more than 40 appointments in the past year, I expected better communication and respect. While the reception staff were kind and my doctor provided excellent care, the billing department was a consistent source of frustration at the end of my time there, and I will be addressing the aggressive voicemail and unprofessional handling I experienced through the proper channels. For this specific reason, I would advise others to avoid this company. I believe there is honor in working with businesses that lead with honesty and communication, and that take responsibility when errors occur. We are all human, and mistakes happen, but professionalism means being willing to acknowledge them and make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

First time visit today for an occupational physical, and it was a positive experience. The Cascade employees from check-in to nurses were all welcoming and kind. Their process is fairly straightforward and they seem to have a pretty good system here. I paid at check-in (no cash). The appointment took about an hour, which I felt was reasonable considering the other patients. I felt as if the physician conducting the exam really took the time to ask the questions they needed to better understand my health history. They took me seriously and treated me with dignity and respect. I'd highly recommend them for work-related stuff!
