I had 3 visits with a nurse, I had 1 visit with the OT. After a walk through, I was told I did not need anymore OT visits. I was told the PT would contact me to schedule a visit. I never received a call or visit from a PT. Now I have to contact my Orthopedic Surgeon to get a referral for out-patient PT. I was "released" from Home Health Care on 1/7/26. Even though the visiting staff were professional and good at what they do, I don't feel like I received as good of care and attention as I did from another company in 2024.

They were condescending, demeaning, arrogant and stated, after I fired them, that MC demanded a final visit to sign off. Not true!!! I actually contacted MC and they said that is not correct. The only thing they actually did for me was one time brought my mail in. I won’t go into the other things that were not professional. I am a medical professional and I never let them know that. I know good professional medical care, and they did not meet any requirements. They would call from other area codes, and my phone said scam. Most likely some were traveling from other areas etc.. they should call from the office, and it should identify the caller. Please be careful in making your choice for in home care. I’m praying for all of them, that they will get more professional training etc..

Riverside Health had me on a LOT OF PEOPLE coming to my apartment & it was horrible - & the last one was yucky! I know that I DIDN'T want to see them again - but they sent me only 1 woman & she was sweet as could be!! I couldn't believe what a difference she made!! Don't let ALL the physical therapists do nothing right!! I am living proof that Rachel the BEST Physical Therapist I ever had!! Thank you!! 🙏

Riverside Home Health is is great therapy that helps you be able to learn exercises with what you have at home. I loved working with the therapist they sent to me, including ,Holly ,Dennale, Jake& others that helped me recover , I would ask for them again if I need therapy. Great team that work together.

I required both nursing and PT visits after a spinal proceedure, and was very glad that both services could be provided in my home. My nurses were caring and addressed my concerns professionally. My PT and PTA were wonderful to work with, taking the time to explain and demonstrate each exercise, making sure my form was correct, but not overwhelming me with too much at once. If I ever need more care, I will definitely choose Riverside again. Thank you!
