I am very pleased with GRH home care.

I liked my therapist. They taught two of my caregivers an easy massage for me. I did have a difficulty. The leader of the group set goals for us to achieve- which is positive, BUT, I only had on goal and it is THE major goal in order for me to get my life back. Pain relief! Not through meditation use but through massage and breaking down muscle and fascia. You see I am in so much pain that I can barely breathe or move. I did not expect my pain to go completely away. It would be nice to have it down to a 4-5. The team leader completely disregarded my one and only previous goal. I need more tissue work for this to happen. Team leader disregarded that and quit my services simply because they have one method for treating everyone. One method does not work. And doing things the same way as they did in the past and being stuck in a rut is not best for the patient. In the long run, their system, planning, and what they do has not helped me.

Home Health Nurse Kim has been a joy to have on board for my husband's wound care! She comes twice a week, is always pleasant & on task. She even helped us get some supplies that help when I take my husband out for appointments. Thank you Kim!
