I was very excited to be a client with this place. Teresa my intake manager was amazing, her communication was good, she was enthusiastic, communicated needs and my needs and the willingness and the ability to meet my needs very clearly. I was very excited. Move forward to actually being a client now and I'm dealing with somebody else. Every time you answer the phone you get that stupid voicemail screening prompt at the beginning but I always deal with a Molly and I have not had much good communication with Molly. One time they messed up my guy's schedule he's like I'm only scheduled once a week now instead of two. That was easy to take care of and Molly did it. Of course it's something they get paid for so of course they were very responsive for tha. Today my home health care person isn't here and that's on ultimately on him because it wasn't an emergency and he didn't give them notice. You don't wake up in the morning and say oh I have an appointment at 10:00 so that's on him. What's on the company is they didn't notify me and that's twice now I've had issues with them calling me about stuff. Molly said she forgot, at least she was transparent. Thank you, but literally your job is to manage caregivers to take care of clients. That is your only job so when you forget to call a client with important information like that you have forgotten to do your job. Use a Post-It note l, put it in your calendar, there's a million ways for you to remember to do stuff. I'm giving them a three, I do like my care provider despite this little hiccup this morning. I'm just going to say your are going to need a ton of patience once you get in. I will I will review again at the end of
