Nurse/lpn were ok but the administration, scheduling and management were horrible. Condescending and we caught them in at least three lies. Pushed on us to have supplies THEY wanted us to use and not the ones we were already using and happy with. Took over a month to get the supplies we were entitled to because they kept sending other brands that wouldn't even fit. PLEASE BEWARE. This company will only add more trauma and stress to your life during a time of healing.

Accent nurses, OT Kim, Social Worker Shirley are helping us so much! The visiting nurses take such good care of my husband. Huge shout out to nurses Caitlyn, Bryn, Christie, Theresa too. Christie this weekend went out of her way to help us and come bye. Highly recommend. Really appreciate. They are helping do much so that I can keep my husband at home. Thank you

If you are considering Accent THINK AGAIN! It’s not the nurses or LPN’s , or Aides. It’s the internal workings of the system. Communication is the biggest issue. Employees do their best. But if the office isn’t communicating efficiently with them they either don’t show or come very late. While the patient and caregiver are waiting patiently for them to arrive. Thus upsetting their schedule. We all have lives and incompetency wreaks havoc on us. Client Be Advised. Forget your schedule. You are at Accent’s beck and call

I'd give this place a ZERO if I could. Crystal, the nurse/ manager, is hopelessly inept. I was trying desperately for almost two weeks to get some home health care after a hip surgery. Every message I left for her was asking when someone would be able to come. She clearly didn't listen to any of them, as she answered the messages with a voice mail saying, "I see you called. Call me back." After two weeks I gave up and went with another agency. Avoid this business at all cost.

Not impressed. No set schedule. Call the night before or early morning as if we never make plans. Nurse is ok. However, no care for hospital acquired butt sores for 2 weeks. And then when they have come, only twice in 28 days post hospital did the nurse have wound care orders. PT said he couldn’t do much for bed ridden son.
