Should not take YEARS to get through to make an appointment, I'm still waiting... I reached out in 2021, and instead of getting help to get an appointment scheduled, they told me, a deaf guy, to just come in. So I came in, and they said to call a different office, miles away, in the other state! Have been trying to make an appointment online, still forcing me to call, yeah? A deaf person, yelling into the phone doesn't work out for me, the forced appointments by phone need to stop. It's like they're completely avoiding schedule an interpreter... but that would be illegal so bet they won't admit that... PLEASE TURN O N THE ABILITY TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS!

I am using this forum because I am unable to find any other. Having come from 52 yrs of Kaiser membership in Colorado, I am no longer able to endorse Kaiser. I am aware that covid caused delays in getting Eugene up to speed. However the inflexible insistance of "network" providers being used is detrimental to getting good care here. The system simply does not work here.

They offer COVID-19 shots here. The area for accessibility is 5 star. The regular area has that -oh no they're going to kill us all execution style/firing squad feel to it, dark and dreary in the lower parking garage, that gets a 0.

Architecturally this building leaves something to be desired, and the boring facade seems to be the inspiration for the dull work that is conducted inside this building. Avoid the confusing elevator because apparently this building is only for "employees" and they don't even sell any insurance here. Skip the headache and go with Providence.

The customer service is horrible. I was out of state, had to go to the doctors, called kaiser to see what to do, followed their instructions completely. Came back, sent in bill for appt and pharmacy, they denied the claim saying I didn't go to emergency or urgent care (noone told me to). I had to appeal that, and won. But 12 weeks later, and 6 phone calls to the girl handling this, still no check for my pharmacy bill. I used to be impressed with Kaiser, but for the last 3/4 years they have steadily been going down hill!
