Called an talked to a real person at the end of the year cause i met my deductable for the year. To order cpap gear. Placed my order an never recieved it. Now there telling me i have to pay my deductable because of there incompatence. They say there is now record of me calling. My cell phone has the call . Recorded the date an time. This place is horrible service will find someplace else to get your equipment.

Over 2 weeks trying to set up wound vac, multiple referrals sent and continue to claim no blame for failure to fulfill referrals via fax. Another layer of ever growing levels of failure with Providence as a whole. Any where else would be better then this garbage provider

Yesterday I had a phone visit with Jack regarding my failing C-Pap machine. At the end of our visit I felt hopeful and renewed in spirit! I would give a 0 if I could. The billing at this place is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been ordering replacement parts for my cpap and never received a bill or statement from them until today January 6th 2025. On the statement is a order from November 2022. That is two years ago! No statement, no call about paying the bill, NOTHING!!! I have had similar issues with this in the past, bad enough that it went to collections and my ex and I were never notified that we owed them money. Do not use this place!

This home health center has refused to make appointments in my home despite the fact that they are a home health center and I have a prescription for home infusions they have said things like I can walk as an excuse for why I should be capable of coming in and being drugged up and driving myself home even to the point of puking in the clinic which is again safety issue. Every time I've tried to call and schedule a home infusion they have scheduled it and then canceled it and now that I have put my foot down and said that the service is unusable if you're unable to visit me in my home they have stopped returning my calls. So it seems they've decided that they will not serve me because of the fact that they believe that I should have to come in even though I'm very very ill and another doctor said I need this treatment because of that. Because there's reviews on here saying they do help people in the home but for some reason they're refusing to help me even though they literally get paid for it.
