I had this company for my husband after his stroke. I was happy with a few people within the company but the company as a whole I have not been real happy with. PT spent half their time looking up stuff on their phone trying to find devices to better assist when that time would be better spent actually working with the patient. The excuse given for that is they don't get paid to do that any other time. This is not an acceptable answer to me. Also PT did not come out as often as OT, even when requested. They would get him used to a specific person then send someone someone else out. This creates havoc in the mind of the patient. Overall the company did not show true care for what was right for the patient. I am not completely pleased with the company as a whole. A few of the OT workers were great. Audie and Kara are great to deal with. Kathryn with speech therapy is good too, but would have liked to see more of her as well.

This company is so good to me. I can't break one them enough. They really exceeded my expectations. I recommend this company to anyone who needs one care. Who needs anything? I love this company so much. Megan, Kelsey, Shyla and Colleen all do a wonderful job of standing up for their patients. This company goes above and beyond to take care of their patients I know this as I'm a patient of theirs. GREAT JOB!!

They promised me to be there on a regular basis and said no problem we will have everything ready for her and scheduled when she gets out of the hospital and they just dropped her as a client saying she needs to much work so be on guard if you use them. I waited two weeks to get someone in part of it was her primary care office not signing orders and the other was salem health hospital not signing orders. But I kept getting told from first call their would be an RN out Tuesday the first week then it was Thursday the 2nd week and I called on call nurse to see if we could get a nurse out sooner and she said we would try to be out Tuesday. They don't even call me to tell me they can't do anything til Thursday. The pt was supposed to be out before the 2nd week and Ot was supposed to be on schedule and never was. I would never trust them again. Don't trust them with your loved ones they will drop them and you will have to do everything on your own like I did. The only person that came out was the speech therapist.
