There is no one to answer their phone even though it says 24/7 help. They only have two nurses for a huge area. One of whom was very rude to patient and family. She was also abusive to the patient. They didn't provide wound dressing supplies in a timely manner after surgery, about two weeks late. A nurse showed up for about half or less of the visits. They have a false phone number on their patient packets for reporting concerns. When I first made a complaint about this business 3 months ago it was called Healthy Living at Home. Why would you be replying to my review 3 months later and I've never been contacted after making a complaint? Do not trust this place.
