While the people who manage to get out to see you might be exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, it seems the management and/or office organization leaves A LOT to be desired. They had been out to see my father a few times (should've been more by now). Each time it's been a different person. They don't seem to have a "regular" therapist/visitor for our area, because each time we've been contacted they always tell us they're not in our area usually. They haven't been trying to send some therapists out anywhere near enough for someone who has just been out of the hospital from surgery. The management also doesn't organize themselves very well and seem to only give out assignments later in the afternoon for the next day. This doesn't help anyone organize their day when you may have other appointments going on all the time. They should be scheduled well in advance, and even have a routine of certain days/times. The management also seems to have all kinds of screwed up records as to what the patients needs are (these are just some things they had completely wrong - my father is not wheelchair bound, never used any other walking assistance devices before his surgery the couple of weeks before, if he needs to get somewhere there's a few of us that can take him to appointments or whatever, and the list goes on...). To summarize, the people sent out are nice, but the company itself is RIDICULOUSLY badly organized/managed and easily screws things up with LOADS of misinformation (so watch yourselves and review EVERYTHING in their records).

Worst people in the world.. One of there employees damaged my property. When I called to report what happen to the company they got real nasty with me and made false accusations to adult protective services and children and youth services.. Because there employee messed up they tried to destroy my life.. Will never go threw this company again.. not recommended to anyone. There so many other better company's out there that will help you don't go threw bayada..

I can’t say enough about the quality care I received from Bayada! Their nurses and staff got me through a rough recovery and I am so grateful I had them. Amazing people that really care!
