Maxim provided a nurse for my daughter who is Type 1 diabetic. Bob and his team were amazing with communication and helping me get all the paperwork needed to get my daughter admitted and a nurse for her first week of school. I can’t thank Bob enough for the time he spent making this happen and how quickly it all came together! So grateful for Maxim and our new nurse who is absolutely fantastic!

PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER. They do not show up to their shifts and are incredibly unreliable, they will say an aide is 5 mins out, cancel, then say another one is coming and cancel again. They had 1 aide come ONCE during the entire almost week. Beware of this company and do not rely/trust them for your family member. They will also insist you care for your family member yourself if they don’t have anyone on the weekends so they can remain hired and collect a paycheck. Terrible company all around who deserves less than 1 ⭐️

Aides were hit or miss. If it’s raining, expect no shows. Too hot? No shows. Management is so far removed from the service they provide. They believe it’s all rainbows and butterflies with their aides, when most don’t show, or if they do they’ll sit on their phone the entire shift. Inexcusable and no improvements have been made despite bringing this up to the “integrity hotline” multiple times. Find another company for your loved ones. This one ain’t it! PS: most of their positive reviews are ones from their own employees to AstroTurf review ratings.
