We have had home health services for my mom twice now. Bree B the Altoona HH liaison, has gone above and beyond to ensure that SOC was prompt. Her communication was quick and effective. Anytime I saw her in person, although our first meet was short- she always asks how my mom is doing. Tara C the Altoona HH LPN- we cannot say enough good things. She is a star employeee and goes above and beyond, and more. She has become family to us. Her heart is centered around the patients and their recovery. She is determined to do the best job possible, while making a difference every single day. She is gentle, educates and listens. She advocates beyond measures. I also work in healthcare and she is possibly one of the best clinical team members, I have ever encountered. Thank you for all you both do.
