Grane Hospice was absolutely wonderful caring for my mom who was 90 when she passed. They kept me informed of everything that was going on with her day and night. March 2024 my 76yr old friend came home from the hospital on hospice. Grane came highly recommended by a home health nurse. My friend passed away May 3rd but from the initial contact with Grane while she was still in the hospital until her passing the staff went above and beyond. We couldn't have ask for a better people to have been involved during her final journey. Grane staff was so understanding and caring Not only were they there for her but also supported me as primary care giver.
