Would have put 0 for review but you have to put something to send. Had the police here at my home (did leave a message with the person on call) Nicole has pushed me blocked me from the front door.Rude disrespectful, not cleaning up after her self (I took pictures of the trash she leaves behind)going through my personal things . Sleeping when she should be cleaning up were she worked at . Vaping in the bathroom. Leaving the bathroom a mess .I have to clean up after her before I can use the bathroom. I caught her going through the kitchen cabinets she was surprised to see me standing there . She sits most of the time and look at the kitchen floor were she is sleeping at and it is a mess right at her feet were she spilled a drink from Wawa (took pictures of the floor).I also requested that when she is sleeping in my leather chair do not put her feet in the chair . I have complained about the staff that is working here with no response.

This place should not be in business they are unprofessional and lie straight to your face. I was promised 28 hours a week and had to wait 3 weeks after orientation to have a meet and greet with 2 of the 3 consumers that I was given a schedule for then when it came to the 3 rd consumer it was nothing but excuses as to why I didn’t get a meet and greet and this was the consumer with the most hours. I consistently asked for more hours as who can live off of 10 hours a week? I was told that they did not assign temporary hours as their clients are only used to dealing with the staff they would be permanently matched with then I filed unemployment and received a phone call asking me was I struggling struggling? Like what does that even mean or matter smh then I asked them for a company vehicle since due to them not having hours available I lost my car insurance they offered me temporary hours and then took them back because I didn’t have car insurance due to them not giving me the hours then lied to unemployment and told them I refused work Elaine Acker needs to be fired all she does is lie then had someone else email me never heard of this man jay alvente to terminate employment because they offered me a case in ambler pa witch would have taken me 5 hours to get to on public transportation they do not need to be in business if you are considering working for them PLEASE RUN!!!!!!!!!!

This company should not be in business of caring for the elderly. They send unqualified young pregnant girls 7 months and 5 month pregnant with minimal language or communication skills. They are not trained properly “I just viewed a tape that was my training” My mom was dropped on the floor and the 7 month pregnant girl could not pick her up. My sister just happened to stop by and picked my mom up. The caregiver was just sitting there saying “I could not do it, I did not know she could not walk”. WHAT! When asked when was my mom changed she says “last nite” and it’s in the afternoon of the following day! The other pregnant caregiver has one word uncaring answers to our concerns. I’m sure this company is making lots of money from the elderly and try to clean up their bad reviews . I would give two zeros if it was available. I would not use this company. Further do their providers have CPR first aid training! If they can’t pick them up after a fall what protocols in place. DUH

365 has been a great help in the process of getting my daughter a home health aide. They were on top of everything during the process of getting it started. My main point of contact was Alissa. She has been amazing through all of this. I am even able to reach her on weekends and after business hours if we have any issues. She has been so kind through the entire process even meeting my daughter herself. She was able to make a good impression and make her feel comfortable which isn’t always easy to do. I will continue to do business with 365 for as long as we are able to & would recommend them to anyone needing a home health aide.
