We’ve comes long road lol…. You guys have come a long way from my last review and you deserve your accolades. Amazing company to work for and with amazing people. .. the ladies who work here in this location are very hard working and have nothing but respect for what they do. This company is fair to their employees, they listen to you and try their best to make you happy and compromise . This company stands out to me as it has a great future to keep growing and doing better. They give back to their hard working employees. No home care company is perfect hence Maxim is not near perfect but they put in their very best for their patients and I appreciate that This is no easy job at all. It’s a job that requires multiple skills and let’s appreciate them for that especially with what they do to try and fill these shifts. I will just add some advice to you Maxim: be more honest with your communication with both families and employees. Try to be in less meetings and pick up the calls and communicate. Work on the weekend on calls( Jen is great by the way. Tr**** can improve with picking the calls and returning them in a timely manner) Thank you Maxim you’re highly appreciated.

This company isn’t organized. When you call asking for work /availability they never return calls. This company barely has work . Also recruiter have their favorite employees.Such as people who will accept any assignment with less than a 2 hour notice . I’m certainly not available when an employer calls me with a short notice.When it comes to getting paid you don’t always get paid on time . If you have trouble with the new time clock you can’t use a time sheet from the facility proving you worked . Just chalk it up as volunteering because you won’t get paid .
