This nursing agency is extremely unprofessional & disorganized. They took on my MIL’s case without being staffed to fulfill the allotted hours. Their staff wouldn’t show up for shifts or cancel last minute for various reasons. There was a lack of communication from management, who were negligent in finding coverage. If you want reliable services, go somewhere else! This place made caregiving a burdensome experience. We would have kept my MIL at home if we could but we couldn’t trust any of these providers. We would never recommend this company to anyone else!
