Love the ability to have my daughter as my aid. It’s very helpful bc she knows everything about me . Having her as my aid gives her the ability to go to all my drs appts . He physical help is amazing but her emotional support is unbelievably and really helps me stay motivated and alive . I’d be in a really bad place with out her help.

This place is a joke. They rarely answer the phone. Getting them to call you back is even worse. They don't give a crap about the clients. Client comes home from hospital and they call the aid. No how are they or anything like that. Instead it's can you leave that client to work with a different one. In a few months time they have called the aid assigned at least 8 different occasions to see if they would leave to work with someone else. They don't treat their aids any better. This company is so incompetent. They can't add, can't figure out a schedule, can't give a real answer, tell you one thing then put in a contract something completely different. They even contradict there self in the contract. A two year old can do better than these people. I could say sooo much more but you get the picture. One star is more than they deserve
