Two of Accucare's staff stole from one of my vulnerable family members. I complained about the first one I caught and the second replacement did the same thing. When I discovered it, they covered the losses with checks that bounced each time. II went to their offices and they made me wait so long I left. I had to file a elder care abuse complaint to have them return the money. I had good documentation from my own personal monitoring of the accounts, or they would have gotten away with it on an ongoing basis. They finally gave me a money order, after being confronted with the abuse complaint by COSA of Delaware County.
