I recently used the services of Emerald after knee surgery. My PT, Nicole, was awesome! She came to my house for each of our visits with a smile and positive attitude. She made the rehab experience the best it could be. Not only have I made great progress, but I was able to do so in a non-stress and fun way. Thanks, Nicole! I have been using Emerald Home Health for just about a year and a half now, and I have zero complaints. I've only had a few interactions with the office staff, but have always felt that they were helpful and polite as can be. My nurse, Amy, is wonderful. She is professional as well as kind and caring. I always feel like I'm in good hands with her. I have had other nurses from other home health agencies in the past. None have come close to Amy!

After years of using many different agencies for staffing for my daughter and being left high and dry with no aides for months and even a year we finally found Emerald!!! Has been an awesome experience they staffed us quickly when no other agency could find an aide. We have not had a single missed day of coverage in the 6 months since we found them :-).... from what I understand for ppl that work for them the pay is also better then a lot of other companies, not the highest out there but one of the better ones.... Most ppl only review a company when things don't go their way........take it from me and give them a try to staff your families needs or if you are looking for a career in this field....
