I agree with the comment below. If you want to be talked down to and discriminated against this is the perfect company for you. No accountability or respect for anything, they emphasise “team”, but show no team player actions. They will lie right to your face to make whatever sound good for the company.

Called and spoke to Sam about getting services set up. He said he would look into it and then call and or text me. He did not, called multiple times left voicemail and got the “o he is away from his desk” excuse a few times. He never called me back. Come to find out he did not want to work on the case. Instead of just letting me know that as a business should do he just ghosted me. Recommend training employees on how to properly deal with these situations. If he was just up front with me I would have moved on and not written this review. Don’t waste peoples time.

My Mother's SNAP was drained of almost $2,000 under the care of their Home Health Aides. After I informed them of this their Director of Operations for personal Care Services will not return my phone calls. Even our contact Caitlin will not return my emails, very poor customer service. An update to their reply, I am my Mother’s POA and their service continues to be awful. Today, my Mother called me because she was alone and had to crawl to the toilet.

If you or a loved one needs Home Health Care, look no further. I have a manager who I wasn’t to much thrilled by at first; I struggle w change. STOP ~ but how wrong I was. I’m happy with my Client Manager. She is exceptional, kind, compassionate, Client Manager. If you need a pt review, My Manager is really great who treats me like I’m her only client. If she says she is going to do something, she does it. SHOUT OUT TO Inea West! Inea works hard for you. My life is better having her in my corner. Lincoln Health Care in Montgomery County, PA ~ ask to be assigned to Inea West.

This Place is a Waste of Time! I was Interviewed and in communication with Bryan Shoecraft for month and half, went all the way to Conshohoken from Center City to Take my Home health Aide Exam, as well as 2-Step PPD via Redi Clinic in City Line and was told that I would be contacted by the Care Coordinators with Cases., after calling him twice about it. 2weeks went by and I NEVER received a call back from them and everytime I call to follow up with Bryan and leave a voicemail about the Care Coordinators regarding cases. He never calls me back nor does the Coordinators or HR staff give him my Message! Its going to 2 months and No one has followed up with me about anything! Just Another Home Care Agency that plays Games with Serious People thats Ready to Work!!
