Everyone has a nasty attitude, They harass their direct care workers, they will call & text you non stop if you clock in or out just 5 minutes late. They give no grace /no respect. Do not work for this company! Complete nightmare! Oh & they stalk your location !

Lisa and Dolly are two of the most kindest PT. I was very impressed with the care that they gave to both my mom and mother in-law during a knee replacement and back injury. They have such a kind and caring heart! They both took the time to listen and give tips on ways to help recover and alleviate pain. Thank you for all your help! My mother in- law is back to doing the things she loves and my mom continues to improve as she moves forward to outpatient therapy !! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs home heath care!! PS Kristen from OT is exceptional too!! Thank you again ladies for helping make both moms recoveries a wonderful experience !! God bless!!

All of the hospice staff were GREAT. Professional and kind; it meant so much in a difficult situation.

I applied to be caregiver for my two special needs children. I submitted all documentation, got letters of medical necessity from their doctor, explained in full why we needed this. Denise is who I was dealing with. Not only did she think it was common and normal for an almost 5 year old to require diapers, she refused to even submit to their insurance the request. After i explained why we were applying for the umpteenth time, she said it wasn’t being submitted, she didn’t find that to be a necessity.

Thus is a tough review to write. Our hospice nurses as a whole were spectacular. There were two I had issue with because I felt they over-promoted the heavy use of meds. I never felt we got accurate answers to our questions. No doctor EVER communicated with us directly. Administratively, the place is lacking.a system that provides responses at a pace required by fatal illness. When caring for a loved one who is dying, that professional support system is vital. They tell you the office number is our new 911 yet the calls aren’t treated as emergent. Also, and I get there’s criteria that needs to be met for insurance, but they were too slow in “downgrading” my aunt’s condition to “actively dying” leaving us on our own for longer than we should’ve had to handle. Traditional HH needs to make changes to accommodate the needs of the deeply personal and tragic experience that is hospice.
