My dad recently came home from a psychiatric inpatient facility. Part of his discharge was to have home health set up to come in to help, which was done at discharge (12/21). We have not heard from anyone yet and we have reached out 3 times now, once leaving a message and twice talking to someone who was paging the on call person who would reach out to us as soon as possible. This has not happened. We have called Tuesday, Friday and today (Saturday). This is completely unacceptable.

I had emergency surgery August 30th was told I couldn't leave the hospital until I had home care. when they added the nurse (Tina) things went downhill. Her 1st visit she's on her phone while packing my open wound, then I don't see her again but 2 others. On September 29th Tina comes to my house unannounced and no appointment, tells my daughter I must not need care if I can go to the store. What? So I don't need this open wound cared for? after being in the house since June 28th til September 28th because of 3 surgeries and one day I go out because I want to move more and I'm told I should be home? I will say that after she said that my care was stopped, no notice at all, not in writing or even a call. I waited then called the office they said someone will call I waited again then filed a complaint, a nurse called and started care again then now I'm waiting for Tina to show up. She called Monday, October 24th asked if she could come Tuesday morning I already had a drs appointment for that time. Didn't hear back until Wednesday asked about Thursday again had an appointment so she says Friday okay don't have anything until the afternoon. She gives a 3 hour window. What the heck!! I could see if I were older and couldn't get out. I still waited. Get a text at 1230 friday, saying now 130-2. Is this how they do business? So I'm supposed to wait for them but they will be quick to swipe my insurance card for payment. Won't recommend all because of Tina.

Recently my husband has required care, our 1st home visit care and evaluation was by Tina. She was polite, professional, informative and well- groomed. We had two other nurses and we have been impressed by their clean technique and their timely schedules, which are destresser. - Very thankful
