I called and spoke with Valarie and explained that my son has Amerihealth and we were in need of services. Wasted an entire week going back and forth with this place only to find out from the nurse case manager at Amerihealth that this would not be covered. I sent an email; called to verify this and they are now screening my calls. I'm not really sure what Valarie gained by wasting my time or maybe she just doesn't know how to do her job. I think I dodged a bullet as this place is extremely unprofessional.

very good care great experience ,great aids they took care of my mother-in-law. We had three aids for six months. They’re great to work with ,the staff is very polite very friendly. I highly recommend this company overall very great experience 😎 Thank you.

Promised many things. Never delivered. Did not supervise my son adequately. Did not take him to appointments. Did not work with him to clean place and adequately care for his personal hygiene. Would call us when they were having trouble with him rather than have clinical strategies to use first. Did not follow thru with plans each day to have social activities to do with him. The person who ran the program and might still run the program, a nurse named Heather, was inappropriate and incompetent. At best they are glorified baby sitters. Stay far far away from then
