I give them 2 stars they. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they left my sister alone all the time and she can’t even get a drink by herself AIDS are not trained well. Most can’t lift you or change you and then they say your hard to deal with because you refuse to have help that can’t transfer your 110 lb body from a chair or bed to a wheelchair! Then she was told they can’t find anyone because she is too picky! Really she just wants someone who’s not going to drop her on the floor! They left her alone all the time if her one dependable aid couldn’t work! Very disappointed please choose companies with a lot of caution for your loved one!

A friend of mine has home health for her son who is battling cancer. It has been the most disorganized process. Authorizations are not done timely and back up nurses are not available when the main nurse isn’t available. My friend is told to ask her neighbor to help with health care instead of them finding a back up nurse. I would never recommend home health through this company.

Terrible! Caregivers are NOT reprimanded or held accountable. Tonight, two very handicapped adults were left unattended in our house with lights on, television running and doors unlocked! One of the adults cannot even speak, the other is on the 8 year old level and we live an hour away!

I would caution anyone who wants reliable care to work with Care Unlimited. I enrolled my mother for services. The aide never showed up. I got a lot of apologies, but apologies don't provide the care my mother needed.
