We had an amazing experience with Intrim Hospice from the time my grandfather was brought home in hospice u til the day he went home with the angels. Bridgette, Tracy, Elizabeth Jessica and Mary were all equally wonderful and so gentle and yet informative! They got grandpa everything he needed so quickly and there was always someone just a phone call away! They made such a hard experience a beautiful one. Thank you all!!

Many of their staff is VERY unprofessional!!! On their phones the majority of their shifts, RUDE to their consumers, call off constantly, bring fights to their consumers homes, and when their consumers complain about the poor care they tell them they need to go to a nursing home and belittle them! As a nurse myself I am appalled at the way they treat their consumers.

For over a week I've been told, on a daily basis, that they were going to take care of paperwork for my child and it's not getting done. When I call back, the person I was dealing with is always "out of the office". Very poor followthrough.

Can't speak any higher of the level of care I have received than to reflect on my rating. My nurse took care of my, body, but she also took care of my well being. Through all my challenges, I had someone that knew exactly what she was doing. She was confident in her knowledge. Most of all, she let us see her human side when my healing process went backwards from time to time. I had care in the beginning from another agency, but it was nowhere close to the care I have received since Intercom came onboard. If you want the best care, ask for Interim HealthCare.
