Called them and set appointment to set up services . They made the appointment to meet later that day. We were told that they had people that could cover the hours needed. That was on a Wed afternoon. Problem is I have not heard from them since. They are not even returning phone calls. It appears that Reliance is not reliable.

They are definitely a scam! We attempted to use them for my mom's care. And they were completely unreliable. No one would show up. If you got through to someone on the phone, they would make excuses and still not provide services. They should not even be permitted to keep their business open. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!

I contacted them 2 months ago with question on their website they never responded back. I was referred to them for Home Health Services. It's been 2 weeks haven't heard nothing from them yet I requested an appointment online nobody contacted me. I called them they had to out message back to the boss. He never called me. Called them again and got the voice mail. So called place that referred me and they said the place got the info just decided not to call me yet. Do not waste time trying to get services from them.
