Well first I want to Give Alicia the gal I’ve TT most times when I call. She’s so friendly, kind and helpful. Les came to do paperwork and some PT last week and today I had a pleasant visit for OT. Both of these gentleman were also equally as kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve felt very comfortable with all the staff I’ve dealt with as of today. Keith will be coming Thursday 7/6/23 and I’m also sure he’ll be equally the same as my other contacts from Bayada. You can be completely confident of your employees from my experiences. My sons an RN and worked for Bayada years n years ago out of Lancaster,PA. So I feel like you’re all like family. Keep up the great work. Bless you all. Carolyn Irwin🙏🤗

I had Bayada in Allentown. They were excellent. Moving to Palmyra,PA, I had 2 wonderful HHAs. Bayada dropped me without any reason when my aide and I were left dumbfounded. I always loved Bayada. Have been without help since 2016. Now am bedridden. Can never recommend them. So sad. 🤕 2nd review: I have the names and dates, letters showing Bayada dropped me without reason. I know who called me, who my HHA was . This is not a company you want for HHA. Do not hire them ever. Now, they have lied to all who read this review. I say this knowing the Fear of God. This is in response to Bayada's response below to above review.

My Father received excellent care from Bayada for the last 4 years of his life. I have nothing but praise for them especially the nurse Michelle K. I highly recommend them and thank them for all they have done for my father and family. ❤👍✌

Was considering using this company to assist with my mother, who is being discharged from the hospital. We spoke with Edward/Edwin(?) who was very insulting and suggested we were not a good "financial" fit. We went with Affilla and are happy we did.
