BK has helped me a lot. Him and his team has guided me through this journey for about almost five years now. They are courteous, professional, they respond quick to requests or if there’s any concerns they are there to tackle the challenge so you are able to have what you need for your family. As a single mom with a child that has special needs, this company has helped me tremendously. I rarely have any support with my son and when I do it’s at a cost I cannot afford. And with my son’s therapies etc I couldn’t keep an employment. I appreciate the opportunity they have provided me. BK and his team are like a big family that I am proud to be apart of.

This agency is one of the most frustrating and shady places I’ve ever dealt with. They operate under multiple different names, which already says a lot. A friend of mines checks said “King home care” also it takes forever just to get approved, and when you call to ask for an update, they act like you’re annoying them or doing something wrong by simply wanting answers. The Pittsburgh location has no address on file, and they expect you to show up to an address they tell you to. The people who answer the phone are rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care about the clients or caregivers. There’s no communication, no consistency, and no accountability. Everything about how they run this company feels sketchy and unorganized. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. They waste your time, treat you poorly, and can’t be trusted. There are plenty of legitimate agencies out there — do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one!!!!!!!! This is not an agency I would ever trust with my disabled child or any vulnerable loved one. They’ve shown time and time again that they lack compassion, integrity, and responsibility. Save yourself the stress and look for a company that actually values people this one absolutely does not.
