This place is terrible the nurse that show up to the house are very unprofessional they show up whenever they want with watery eyes like there on something this one nurse alba ottero was always late and always going on vacation and when she would get back my father would land in the hospital we finally had enough of this crazy nurse and bringing whatever virus she had I switched over to a new nurse and agency and my dad hasn’t been in the hospital as much as before and when I complained to the supervisor she ignored me and said that her nurse can never do anything wrong this place is a dump do not bring your love ones here! Keep away from this dump they also have hospice care that they advertise that’s worse they say they have someone on call but they don’t they’ll tell you to call 911 cause the person on call can’t show up until the next day they should fired everyone and close this place down already the also say they take care of hospice patients they don’t like working on weekends they prefer for their patients to go to another hospital so why come here if they don’t have their own staff try to come here to work there nurses moonlight with other care agencies keep your loved ones away from here this place is under investigation

What a terrible place. I callled because my nurse was sick and they could not get me a replacement nurse. And the young lady I had was sick with *********** gave it to my mom and she never recovered. I would not recommend this place . This was 2020-2021 and never received a sympathy card or anything from the company. If I could they would get zero stars

My experience was always pleasurable. The director Mary was caring and always there to fulfill our needs. We had Maria as nurse who was there upon a calls notice. Maria was also dependable and caring. Then there is the aide, Sierra, irreplaceable.. words can't fully describe her caring, reliable and respectful way.
