My husband has had VNA since June 2025 and they have been outstanding. Reba the nurse was a big part of saving his life with her nursing skills. We cannot leave Leeann out as she's great at her job too. These ladies are so nice and understanding. We only had Jill once but she was awesome to. I would recommend all three of these outstanding women at the VNA!

Visiting nurse w a s supposed to be here at 11:00 today Saturday at 1120 I called her. She stated I had an emergency in punxey (I understand emergencies) She said I'm trying to figure out why your not in my computer, My point is she could have called and told me those facts I would have been fine. I told her don't come.

They came on the first day and then told my mother they would come at 10:30 am the next day; however, they never showed up. When she called them they said she wasn't assigned a time in the schedule and would be transferred to scheduling. She was put on hold for several minutes and then hung up on. When she called back she was told she was put on a pickup list that someone would get to her by the end of the day. No apology was given for the missed appointment or hanging up on her. This service seems to lack serious professionalism and organization. I recommend shopping around for other nursing services first.

Over a week out of hospital and still not contacted to start PT, pt was to be started next day, sent out OT which wasn't needed, nurses were nice that did intake, fired them!
