We are into our second week of home care after my husband’s hip replacement surgery. The team that Bayada sent (within a few days of Bill’s discharge from rehab) have been wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, true problem solvers. Mindy has been available at all times, and help came right away. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the help we’re getting. Thank you Mindy, Mike, and Jon.

Avoid these people. Showed up once the day after I was released from the hospital and then forgot about me. They were supposed to return in a week. When someone finally called two weeks later I told them they were fired. I sent a message to Penn Medicine recommending they be dropped as a post hospitalization provider. Fortunately my recovery was uneventful and I didn't need to rely on this "service".

Not enough hours

Nursing staff not always follow Physician orders. Nurse Lauren M. not able to carry out simple orders like foley care and calling me on Sunday afternoon and without any thought process. I am a physician and would be concern about this Nurse taking care of my patients.
