Almost everyone in this plus is rude. The receptionist talks over you and is dismissive. No matter who you ask to speak to, that person is busy so they have to call you back. This place is a joke. Time to shop around for a better place with people who give a damn

This is a horrible company. Mismanagement,no training of aides, no incentive,no gas reimbursement, no communication,whatsoever. Understaffed,not trained. Not reliable. You really need to step up your game. The idea is to eliminate stress on the clients not create it. Most of the people they sent to me did not work out. They were young and did not seem to want to work. A lot of them sat around. Did other work on their computers oron their phones most of the time they were here. Not to mention the TV. Most late left early

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The lady from human resources was so rude on the phone and as I am asking questions she is interrupting me as I speak , I told her her I am calling for services for my client and she was like I don’t see you on the computer, as I told her when I first called I don’t work for you guys , I am calling cause I have my client who wants to switch ! Then she she acted as she couldn’t hear me , in which she is lying , I told her my name at the beginning of the conversation she presume to act as if she wrote it down so I told her can you have someone email me that knows what your company offers and she asked what’s your name again ? I just have it to her ! Now she claims she couldn’t hear me ! SUCH DISGUSTING EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR! Not to mention I been calling since Friday and they answer and hang up on me .

Yes all the attitudes the staff got but yet they barely got a three star rating! The staff are disgraceful and disgusting! This place needs zero stars!!! Literally everybody that works there has a nasty attitude down to payroll. I’m urging everyone to leave if you’re a care giver there. They act like you’re doing them a favor and they are beneath you when they talk. Half of them DONT SPEAK ENGLES!

Communicate is not good at all the $2500 is False and supposed to be Ran under EVV but they will never set you up so that’s how they make sure you never receive the money.They take bad risk like shipped my money in a Uber because they messed up My pay 3 weeks in a row and had to provide me a pay card. Johnathan is very nasty and make smart remarks about other team members about not doing their ok job. Told my Client he don’t have nothing To Do with them not doing their job I just make Sure I do mines was his exact words
