Inconsistent service plagues this home health care provider, with a revolving door of employees who arrive at your residence. Schedules are haphazardly arranged, leaving you in the dark until the last minute about who will be arriving and when. Furthermore, there's no clear protocol regarding pets in your home during their visits. Despite the absence of any communicated policy, a situation arose where one employee on their first visit in a year to our house, reported a minor incident involving your dog to his superior, which subsequently led to a report to the Pennsylvania Department of Health. What's particularly irksome is the lack of prior communication from the provider or any previous complaints from their numerous other employees who've visited your home. This abrupt involvement of health authorities regarding an incident you were unaware of is both disrespectful and unsettling.
