There is one person who attempts to be professional and that is o.t. The nurse I had was fine for wound care but pressed for time.luckily the wounds were not big But as to p.t.i had 2 visits from someone who gave me helpful exercises but on the third week I wound up calling to see why no one came. I was told the pt person discharged me that week because I did not answer her many phone calls My phone showed only 2 numbers that I did not recognize with no response when I called it back This person told my drs office that same day that my discharge was because i met my goals??????? No goals written when I asked to see them!!!!! Then the pt person showed up the same day I spoke to my Dr's office with discharge papers for me to sign and a testy attitude.bottom line this is not a positive look for this company and as a retired medical professional not acceptable for this client. The ot.nursing.and social work department are very appropriate and responsive to client needs and deserve 5 stars!

Not very good. The 1st nurse to come to my house arrived over an hour early and walked right in my house 1 second after ringing the doorbell. Another nurse broke the post trying to assemble my new picc line and I tried telling her she bent the post. She continued to try and pressed so hard on my arm I thought she was going to bust my blood vessel. Finally she realized I was right and replaced it. During the process SHE PULLED OUT MY PIC LINE A FEW INCHES AND THEN PUSHED IT BACK IN. I found out later at the hospital that this is a big NO NO. The hospital told me next time i must go back to the hospital to check the position of the reinsertion. My nurse for today called me at 9pm last night and woke me up tell me she was going to come this morning. She is a half hour late as of this writing. The told my doctor today they don't want to treat me anymore. I guess they realized I'm not like everyone else who doesn't watch what they're doing. Maybe they're afraid of a lawsuit.

This company is unprofessional and useless. We hired them to help care for my dad's open wound after his surgery, and when supplies were needed, I was told "it's the beginning of the year, our shipment didn't come". It's now February and we are being told the same thing. Pathetic. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
