Awful company to deal with!!! Called on the weekend and begged for an aide . A person at the company promised us that an aide and social worker would be assigned asap. Five days later, the company still did not set anything up. Phone calls not returned . The speech therapist assigned never showed up also. Don't waste precious time finding an aide or visiting nurse with this company!!!!! Steer clear!

My grandparent was left unattended for a whole week and not told anything, she had no clue if anyone was even ever coming back to check on her, what is mary erwine doing while my grandparent is sitting at home for a week with no nurse, how are you so understaffed that you cannot send someone or even say anything to your client, what are you receiving payment for if you can just go a whole week without doing your job.
