Terrible. They didn't do the bloodwork they were supposed to do which might have prevented a hospital stay. The "PT" therapist was a waste and all they did was spend their time on the phone talking and the other one trusted they could bathe themselves. Then when the patient reported the the visiting regular nurse she was having trouble walking and felt weak her suggestion was to "get a cat". Thank God she had a fill in the next week because she saved her life. This Agency is terrible just because they show up on time doesn't mean they are good.
