I have started working with Unique Aid as a caregiver for my son. I know there are many companies out there to choose from for homecare for your loved ones, out of several that I checked out, I found that Unique Aid is far superior in all aspects that are most important to me. My supervisor, Rahima Sultana, has been such a warm pleasure to my heart to work with. She made the hiring process easy, and she was completely patient with me as it took a little longer for me to do all that is required for approval. Rahima is knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and sincere. I look forward to answering the phone when she calls & usually end up happy & laughing along with her as we end up having great calls. This company works well with us, and they offer the necessary supplies at no charge which have been brought to my home, making it more convenient for me to stay home with my son and not having to run out to a store or the office to retrieve them. I highly recommend Unique Aid to friends and family for home Healthcare needs. 5 stars!
