The Coastal team was incredible caring for my mom and now my dad. Tara, the CEO, was my point of contact and was able to address both my mom's care needs and any concerns that came up along the way. For those of you who have needed care for your parents, you know it's not a perfect science and patient's needs change, personalities need to be considered and stuff happens. From start to finish Coastal was committed and took responsibility for making it work both scheduling and addressing the changing needs of my parents as well as any blips along the way. The caregivers are well trained, professional and hard working, with the added bonus that they are caring and loving humans who treated my mom with dignity each and every day! Tara also went above and beyond in helping me get mom set up on hospice - and ensured that the caregivers were aware and updated regularly as to mom's changing needs. When there were nursing questions, the Coastal staff nurse, Erin, responded thoroughly and helpfully! To the whole team - Tara, Jen, Erin, Amy and all the wonderful caregivers, thank you! I would very highly recommend you stop your search for care once you connect with the team at Coastal!!

I had them on speed dial. My mom was in hospice and her needs changed sometimes hourly. I called for all kinds of shifts. Mid day or midnight Amy was always available and always on it. She had an aide at the door within an hour. They are great.

Coastal Health Connections has been an amazing experience for my mother-in-law, as well as for my husband and me. Setting up home care and navigating the healthcare system for seniors is daunting and maddening. I was completely frazzled trying to figure it all out, but I knew after the first phone call with Tara, the owner, that this would be the company we would choose. Tara was beyond helpful in getting care set up. She is caring, forthcoming and extremely knowledgable. You can tell she genuinely cares about running her business in an honest, empathetic way and taking care of clients at the same time, and that those two things go hand in hand. Leadership and dedication to compassionate, high quality care come from the top down at Coastal Health Connections. Tara, Erin, Jen, Amy and all the others in administrative roles are setting the tone for their organization and all its employees, and it shows in the quality of caregivers that my mother-in-law has had in her home. They have treated her like a family member, and I know she is in good hands when they are there. I can count on them, and I do not have to worry knowing she has such skilled and compassionate caregivers. Erin, the RN who does in home visits is amazing! She and my MIL took an instant liking to each other, and Erin went above and beyond any expectation I had for in home medical care. This company has helped my mother-in-law stay in her home and keep her dignity and independent spirit in tact. They are reliable and go above and beyond for their clients. I can't thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do for us. I highly recommend Coastal Health Connections for anyone looking for quality, benevolent care for themselves or a loved one.
