The care that Residential is currently providing my mother, Myrna, is tremendous! Michelle is a godsend & all but 1 of the nurses are wonderful ❤️. I have 2 issues that should be addressed. The triage people need additional training to understand patients needs & what they are there for. Also, 1, & I mean only 1, of the nurses has been "DIFFICULT!" Overall, the care has been top notch! Since posting my initial review my family has encountered management trying to justify this DIFFICULT NURSE'S behavior. This has caused much undue stress for our family. Hospice is supposed to be here to comfort both patient & family. The opposite has occurred over the past few days.Tense phone calls windingup my mom & my family are the last thing needed at times like this. Peace & comfort are needed. Therefore it's time for a change of hospice care companies! *Just an update on this. It's been a year now since mom's passing. With plenty of time to think, I have gone over all of mom's care givers many times. I keep trying to justify the way Residential treated mom & my family. It just doesn't make sense. We were dealing with loosing mom & the help, or lack of help, from Residential, was an unbelievable. Calling the emergency line because mom needed help now. The answer I got every time was to keep an eye on her & if needed call 911. Obviously this is not what I signed up for. After switching companies, my prayers were answered. A wonderful company, Revolutionary came in & everything changed. I wish that I would have found this company first. The care was exceptional. It just makes Residential that much worse.

My initial reaction to Residential Home Health was; i could not be in better hands. Maggie was concerned about my well-being, physically & mentally. After my first visit I'm convinced Maggie will do whatever it takes to improve/restore my health.

I would be shocked to discover that there exists an organization that cares less for its patients. We regularly did not receive supplies which was a bit of a hardship but nothing compared to what happened when they discharged my husband with no notice and no discharge planning. We ended up having to discontinue his blood thinner because we didn't have a nurse to monitor his levels. In case you think that's the limit of their callous ineptitude, think again. Today, 4+ months after that discharge somebody showed up today to reposess his hospital bed with no notice and absolutely no thought as to what was going to happen to my BEDRIDDEN husband. If you need home health & hospice care, I strongly recommend using ANYBODY OTHER THAN RESIDENTIAL.

Very awesome experience with my mother being there. She was comfortable and clean the 4 days she was there until being transferred to her physical rehab. I would like to thank both of the social workers I spoke to who kept me updated throughout. Also, the nurses Paula, Maureen, and Karen who I feel went above and beyond to make the best of this time of uncertainty! The building was clean throughout and I felt safe with the security present around most of the entrances. I rate the staff and the experience 10/10!

Thank you for taking care of my dad, Anthony cragle. The nurses were very respectful and kind you made his last days comfortable. The annual memorial service was beautiful so beautiful it made me cry. Not just because of my dad, but I had seen my god mother my 2nd mom Barbara Kepp who had passed away a few months before my dad her name was there I didn't get to say good bye because her son never told me she had went into hospice. This was my good bye to her
