TERRIBLE. This agency was referred to my mom upon rehab discharge. The nurse came out for a wound on the back of her leg, they didn’t have any supplies luckily i had some. The next time the nurse came out he goes Im following your lead, if that’s the case why are you here. PT came out twice in 3 weeks when the order is for twice a week. They would tell my mom they were coming this day and never did. When PT came out the second time he bought a supervisor in which i wanted clarity on the visits and she looked confused as if he possibly was reporting that he was coming out. Then i kept calling the intake line and always got a voice message never a call back. PT came out trying to get my mom to stand with walker and she slipped bc she didn’t have any shoes on just socks. PT and the nurse walked out afterwards no goodbye or clarity of next visit. I cancelled them as i could already foresee she wasn’t gonna get the proper therapy to be mobile again.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Had surgery on Monday two weeks ago. I was to receive a call that Wednesday to set up in home physical therapy. A call wasn’t received until the following Monday. Violated phone tag with reps until Wednesday when I was assured a therapist would be at my home that Saturday. I waited all day and no one showed. Called today, now two weeks after surgery and still no therapy. I was apologized to profusely and was assured that a therapist would call me today to confirm the time I said I was available. When the therapist called me he had no idea what my availability was. I told them I know longer wanted their services.

It is sad that I feel compelled to leave a review for a health care service. A relative needed extended care recently. Some of the health care specialists have been really great to know. The nurses are generally okay! The organization as a whole have been terrible. They seldom bring their own supplies as they are required to do so. The office cannot get supplies on a regular basis. On weekends and holidays there is little care available. Be prepared to be a constant advocate if you use this service… because they do not do what they need to do when they need to do it. More than once I have considered reporting this agency to the state because of their shoddy care. As I said, some of the specialists seem to care, but they do not stay with the group for very long. The Oreland PA office is the one I dealt with.

My father in law has been receiving daily wound care for a over 6 weeks now and his nurse DON is absolutely wonderful! He is compassionate and professional and very informative, as he keeps us up on the status of the wound progression. We also had a speech therapist, Megan in our home weekly (until lately as he no longer needs those services). She has also been a blessing... showing us ways to make his swallowing and eating easier since his oral cancer surgery. We just can't thank Revolutionary enough for sending us such caring staff!!

Revolutionary claims to be 24/7 365. This is not true. My calls go right to voice mail. I had a hip replacement on 12/23 and was told by my doctor Revolutionary would be sending a PT person on 12/24 to begin therapy. They did not return my calls and when I finally reached a person on 12/26 he was rude. A nurse came on 12/28 and said the PT person would call that night to schedule for the first appointment. They did not call until 12/29 and came as scheduled on 12/30 at 9 AM. So my first PT session was 6 days late.On 12/30 the therapist told me a nurse would be coming on 12/31 in the morning and I would receive a confirmation call 12/30 in the evening to confirm a time. On 12/31 there has been no call and no show. I tried to reach them and again my call went to voice mail. Needless to say my experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. I would not recommend them to anyone and will request my doctor to replace them with a more competent and responsive company. They are unprofessional and falsely advertise service availability 24 hours a day 365 days a year. That is absolutely not true.
